University of Nigeria School of Nursing Admission Form 2023/2024

The University of Nigeria School of Nursing (UNTH) Admission Form 2023/2024 released online | (UNTH) School of Nursing Admission form has been released for 2023/2024 Application, Requirements & Guidelines.

The Admission Management of the University of Nigeria School of Nursing has released the Admission Form for 2023/2024 Academic year online. Applicants must obtain at least a D (4) in six subjects. In addition, they must have passes in 3 subjects, one of the passes should be Grade D or better at the ´A´ Levels.

Admission Requirements and Eligibility

Candidates must have at least credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from any Senior School Certificate Examination including WAEC, NECO, GCE.

1. School of nursing may not consider NABTEB for admissions
2. Applicants do not need to write JAMB UTME or pass any before applying

Pay N8,000 for the application form at

1. First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Presidential Road Branch, Enugu.
2. FCMB cash office in UNTH Ituku/Ozalla Enugu

Bank will give you a print out with a pin. Use the pin and fill the application form yourself or at any cyber cafe.

Application Deadline/Entrance Examination

• Amount: N8,000
• Start Date: 16th December 2023
• Application Deadline/Closing Date: will be communicated.
• Written Exam Date: will be communicated
• Venue: School of Nursing, UNTH (Old Site), Enugu
• Submission Fee: N2,000 (N2,000 cash to be paid at School of Nursing for Submission).

1. BRING ALONG PENCIL, ERASER, RULER, PEN, PRINTED APPLICATION SLIP, AND EXAM SLIP (PHOTOCARD). THERE SHALL BE NO ENTRY INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL WITHOUT THESE.
2. Only candidates who possess the entry requirements and satisfy the panel shall be considered for admission.

 

Step by Step Application Form Instruction 

1. Visit UNTH Nursing Application form page or Click on https://schools.unthportal.org/son/
2. Go to APPLICATION on the menu and click APPLY to start application
3. Click on MAKE PAYMENT to pay for and obtain PIN to be used for verification
4. Fill the application form (take not of compulsory fields with asterisks
5. Preview your application details
6. Verify PIN and print all accompanying slips.
7. If you filled the entire application to the last step when your receipt is not ready yet, kindly save and copy the application number (Note your application is not yet submitted). To continue your application, go to APPLICATION and click on REPRINT APPLICATION, then enter your application number and click PAYMENT VERIFICATION to print your slip.

Closing Date: (until further notice)

After Online Registration 

1. After online registration, submit a copy of the application slip and photocopies of relevant credentials to the school with N1,500 (One thousand five hundred Naira only)
2. Reprint Application Form/Exam Slip
3. To reprint your slips, go to APPLICATION on the menu and click REPRINT APPLICATION
4. Enter your Application number and click on PRINT FORMS
